1. Who is responsible

The website is presented for Heidi Bauer Ireland Limited (in formation). During formation, Heidi Bauer LLC, the founding parent and the responsible formation-stage party, is the data controller for the enquiries and website-related processing it determines. Its contact and registered details are below.

If responsibility transfers to the incorporated Irish company, this notice will be updated with the company's registered details and the relevant arrangements. A director or contact person is not described as a separate controller solely because they act as a contact.

2. This website's actual scope

This is a static business presentation. The website code has no checkout, account-registration form, contact submission form or live-chat backend. It does not collect payment-card data, record your microphone or send chat messages. The chat composer links to the separate original service.

Product videos, pictures and fonts are served with this site. The page does not load Google Fonts remotely, embed a live third-party chat, or insert advertising pixels, Google Analytics or social-media tracking scripts.

3. Information that may be processed

• Delivery and security data: IP address, requested URLs, browser/device information, request times and technical security information may be processed by the hosting and access infrastructure to deliver and protect the website.
• Access controls: if password protection is enabled, the web server checks the supplied credentials to grant access. This static page does not create visitor accounts or use ChatGPT authentication.
• Enquiries: if you email or call, the information you choose to provide, including business contact details and the content of your request, is used to respond.
• Motion preference: your requested animation setting is stored locally on your device when you change it. See Cookies & Storage.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, the purposes and bases are: delivering and securing the presentation and handling ordinary business enquiries on the basis of legitimate interests in a secure website and professional communication (Article 6(1)(f)); taking requested pre-contractual steps where applicable (Article 6(1)(b)); and meeting applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

The site does not use contact details to add people automatically to a marketing list. Consent would be requested where needed for a new optional use. An email enquiry does not require you to submit identity documents or intimate personal information.

5. Hosting, recipients and external services

This domain is hosted on a Hetzner server in Falkenstein, Germany. Cloudflare provides DNS and, when its proxy is enabled, content delivery and security. Hosting, security and business email providers may process relevant technical or correspondence data for those services. The site does not use ChatGPT authentication.

Provider information is available in Hetzner’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. External services, including the original chat, have their own privacy arrangements.

6. International handling and retention

The LLC is registered in the United States and operational management is in Bulgaria. Platform, hosting and email services may process information in the EEA, the United States or other locations described in their service information. The relevant transfer conditions and safeguards must be considered for each provider; details applicable to a business enquiry or secure onboarding exchange can be requested before you supply sensitive records.

Business correspondence is kept while necessary to answer the request, evaluate or maintain the business relationship, resolve a dispute or comply with legal requirements, and is then deleted or otherwise dealt with under the applicable retention obligations. Technical records are processed as needed to deliver and secure the site. This pitch service does not enable its own visitor access log; infrastructure providers may retain security records under their respective arrangements. The page itself creates no independent analytics history or visitor profiles. The local motion preference remains until you clear it.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights can be subject to legal conditions and necessary identity verification.
